I did a clean install of Vista and Office 2007 and did an easy transfer from my old setup (XP, Office 2003). The FRMCACHE.DAT file is what needs to be deleted out of that FORMS folder. I have deleted the Forms folder and verified through search that FRMACACHE.DAT file does not exists but problem still occurs. New install of Office 2007. That took too much work!
